OUR PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH AND SEEL FRAMEWORK

In the early years of a child's life, the foundation for their social and emotional development is laid. Preschool is a critical time when children begin to navigate the complexities of their feelings and relationships with others. Next Generation Nations' Social. Emotional, Ethical and Logical Learning (NGN SEEL) pedagogy for preschool students ensures that these young minds grow into emotionally intelligent and socially adept individuals.

SEEL in preschool is not about formal lessons or structured curricula; instead, it is about creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, express, and understand their emotions and develop positive relationships.

Their language skills improve, and they become more inquisitive, understanding concepts like opposites and location. They also master everyday skills, such as feeding themselves and basic hygiene, while physical and fine motor skills continue to develop.

SEEL Junior

4-5 Years

Children enhance their emotional recognition, expression, and coping skills. They handle emotions adeptly, seek adult guidance, and build self-confidence. They grasp and follow rules, express anger verbally, and grow more independent. Their interactions with peers increase, fostering empathy, collaboration and sustained task engagement.

SEEL Senior

5-6 Years

Understands social rules, decodes emotions, and becomes considerate. They grasp fairness, self-judgment, and seek adult approval. They cooperate in groups, speak confidently, and work with peers. About Us

Our roots are from NGNSoft Inc., California, USA, where our founder, Sanjeev Tanna, developed the Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical Learning (SEEL) platform for grades K12 students. In India, under the name of Sanjeev Tanna Education Private Limited (STEPL), we developed SEEL program alignment to the Foundational stage, 3 years in the Preparatory stage, 3 years in the Middle stage, and 4 years in the Secondary stage, according to the new school education system outlined in NEP 2020. Most of our early childhood experts are development psychologists with a deep understanding of SEEL.

Next Generation Nations Tiny Tots (NGN Tiny Tots) is the brainchild of Mr. Sanjeev Tanna, who is also the founder of NGN.org, a nonprofit organization in the USA, NGNSoft Inc. Private Limited in the USA, and Sanjeev Tanna Private Limited (STEPL) in India. NGN Tots' curriculum is rooted in Social, Emotional, Ethical, and Logical Learning (SEEL) principles, encompassing nine essential competencies. In 2021, STEPL India and NGNSoft Inc. in the USA collaborated to develop and publish over 50 books on preventive mental healthcare for children and teens. Under the banner of NGN Learning, NGN SEEL is actively promoted within the K-12 education system.

Our SEEL curriculum results from collaborative efforts with clinical psychologists, early childhood experts, and passionate educators who deeply understand the significance of preventive mental healthcare in schools and homes.

Notably, our SEEL curriculum complies with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 mandates, encouraging the critical importance of social-emotional learning in educational institutions and households.
